Wesam Rizik is a young and promising Qatari coach. He took charge of Al Kharaitiyat in the 2018-19 season in what was his first experience in the QNB Stars League.

Wesam replaced Spaniard Carlos Alos Ferrer as Qatar SC coach after a few matches in the 2019-20 season QNB Stars League.

Wesam is one of the former stars of Qatar national team and Al Sadd. As a player, he had great successes with club and country.
